Important Information & Guidelines:
- Time: Please arrive between 4:30pm and 5:30pm to park and set up your trunk. Plan to stay until the event ends at 8:30pm (even if you hand out all your treats). Close your trunk when you run out of treats.
- Treats: Plan for treats for 500 children.
- NEW THIS YEAR Games Location: The first row of parking spaces will be reserved for games. Trunks will begin in the second and third rows.
- NEW THIS YEAR Cash Prizes for Best Trunks: $200 (1st), $100 (2nd), $100 (3rd), $50 (4th), $50 (5th)
- NEW THIS YEAR Littles Costume Contest: For Pre-K through 5th Grade (Toddler - K; 1st-3rd Grade; 4th-5th Grade). Prize baskets to be awarded to the winners in each age group.
- Trash: Please pick up all trash around your vehicle before leaving.
- Restrooms: The entrance to the restrooms is located at the front of Rosary Hall. Signs will be posted by these doors.
- Parents: Children are to be supervised at all times by an adult or older sibling.
- Off-Limits Areas: The rear of the Church, Early Childcare Area, Bell Tower and Playgrounds are off limits. Please stay within the parking lot areas.
- While Driving: Please observe pedestrians and other drivers as you are entering and exiting the property. Drive Extra Carefully!!!
- Questions: If you have any questions or concerns, speak with a member of staff or safety team at the event.
